Vivo X50 Series Launched with 5G Cameras and AI Quad Camera

Vivo has launched its new series of smartphones having three models, Vivo X50, X50 Pro, and X50 Pro+. Vivo X50 and X50 Pro are the 5G phones in the Mid-range segment, whereas the X50 Pro+ is the powerpack flagship phone from Vivo which is powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 865 SoC.

Vivo X50 has various new and unique features; one of them is the Gimbal camera technology for highly efficient photos and videos. Also, They have added AI Photography support for all the three models, in-display fingerprint sensors and displays with a high-refresh-rate.

Vivo X50 & X50 Pro Pricing and Availability:

Vivo X50 is priced at CNY 3498, which is approximately Rs. 37,000 with the variant of 8 GB + 128 GB, and it is priced at CNY 3898, which is roughly Rs. 41,000. Vivo X50 Pro is priced at CNY 4298, which is approximately Rs. 45,500 for the 8 GB + 128 GB model and the 256GB model is priced at CNY 4698, which comes around Rs. 49,700.

The flagship model Vivo X50 Pro+ is priced at CNY 4998, which is approximately Rs. 52,900 for the 8 GB + 128 GB variant. The 8 GB + 256 GB and 12 GB  + 256 GB variants are priced at CNY 5498 and CNY 5998 which is approximately Rs 58,200 and Rs. 63,500 respectively.

Vivo X50 Series Specifications:

The mid-range models of Vivo X50 and X50 Pro come with a 6.56-inch Super AMOLED display with a punch-hole cut on the screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. The pro model has an additional feature of HDR10+. Both of them have a Snapdragon 765G SoC with 8 GB RAM and variants of 128 GB and 256 GB. The OS is layered by Fun-touch OS upon the Android 10 with the 5G and connectivity and Bluetooth 5.0 and also USB Type-C.

All these phones have different camera setup on the back, The first model in the series X50 has 48 + 13 + 8 + 5 Megapixel rear Quad camera setup and a 32 Megapixel F/2.4 Aperture front is present for video calls and selfies. On the other hand, Vivo X50 Pro has 48 + 13 + 8 + 8 Megapixel setup on the back. The last 8 Megapixel sensor is a Periscope lens. For selfies, it has an f/2.4 32 Megapixel sensor.

Vivo X50 Pro+ features a 50-megapixel ISOCELL GN1 1/1.3″ sensor which is made by Samsung, The rest three sensors are similar to the Vivo X50 Pro. The flagship X50 Pro+ is powered by Snapdragon 865 SoC with a battery of 4,315 mAh battery. To improve your multimedia experience the Vivo X50 Pro and X50 Pro+ have dedicated Hi-Fi Sound chips. This Hi-Fi Sound chip is not present on Vivo X50.
