The Panasonic Eluga Turbo arrives with a 5.0-inch IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 720 x 1,280 pixels which results in a pixel density of 294ppi. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla glass screen protection which resists scratches. The smartphone is powered by 1.5GHz octa-core processor mated with an impressive 3GB RAM to drive its processes. The device runs Android v5.1 Lollipop as its operating system.

The phone is equipped with 13MP auto-focus camera with LED flash to support clicking pictures in low light. The camera comes with inbuilt features like Auto Flash, Face detection, Geo tagging, High Dynamic Range mode (HDR) and Touch to focus.
