In the last few years, the Indian TV market has overgrown. New TV brands like Xiaomi, Realme, Motorola, and Nokia have entirely changed the Tv Industry in India. Local consumers are now able to get the best tv’s in the budget segment.
To get the fair share of the TV market last year OnePlus entered the Tv Segment with flagship TVs like OnePlus Q1 and Q1 Pro. Both these models have underperformed in India due to its price tag. To rectify this problem, OnePlus is now bringing budget series TVs in India.
From the last few weeks, OnePlus has been teasing about the new tv series on its social media accounts. Now OnePlus has shared a new poster on its Twitter handle. The poster mentions three different price tags from Rs. 1x,999, Rs. 2x,999, and Rs. 4x,999.
Three different price tags indicate that OnePlus is planning to launch three different models or maybe a single tv model with three different size variants. As of now, we don’t have much information on the specifications of these TVs.
Amazon India has already started taking Pre Bookings of these upcoming OnePlus Series TVs. In order to pre-book these TVs, the user has to pay an amount of Rs. 1000 online to Amazon. Also, if you purchase upcoming OnePlus TVs before 5th August 2020, You will get an additional one year warranty on the purchased OnePlus TV. The pre-book window will expire on 2nd July on Amazon.
Apart from Smart TVs, OnePlus is also planning to launch a new budget smartphone OnePlus Nord aka OnePlus Z. This new budget smartphone will have dual front selfie cameras inside a punch hole type display design. As it is a budget phone, OnePlus will implement Snapdragon 765G processor.
OnePlus is launching both OnePlus TVs and OnePlus Nord phone next month. OnePlus TVs will be launched on 2nd July in India, whereas OnePlus Nord is rumored to be launched in India on 10th July.
