There are a lot of sponsored tournaments happening these days with the PUBG game. Smartphone makers like Oppo, OnePlus have already sponsored many tournaments with PUBG keeping the craze for the game in mind.
It has also widened the scope for gaming in India, with increased interest for pro-gamers to participate in the tournaments. OnePlus is hosting another such sponsored tournament named as ‘OnePlus Domin8’ PUBG mobile tournament. This new tournament features Cricket players and Pro gamers in PUBG. The competition is going to be started on June 2nd, 6 PM onwards.
This tournament is being organized by OnePlus in collaboration with Fnatic, which is the entertainment brand of esports. Non-members can register to the competition from May 22, whereas the registrations are already open for the Red Cable Members. This is an opportunity for the OnePlus mobile users and the PUBG gamers community to engage with pro gamers and also cricketers. Tournament contains a set of three matches featuring pro gamers such as Ahsaas Channa, Dynamo, Scout, Nixon, Owais, Ash, Ronak, and Franky.
On the other hand, Indian cricketers Smriti Mandanna, KL Rahul, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Shreyas Iyer are also going to take part. The MVP of each match would be awarded an OnePlus 8 Pro smartphone, and MVP for all three matches will be awarded the title of ‘Hypertasker of the Match.’
Red cable club members have a particular registration window till tomorrow afternoon. They can register using the link by filling out the necessary information about PUBG game id, nickname, and the reason to participate in the tournament. As the tournament is featuring pro-gamers and cricketers, it might get the highest number of participants and probably a lot of fun.
