Talking about the technology used in the 8GB LPDDR4 it consists latest 10nm-class process technology and Samsung’s low-power circuit design.
The chip is very small in size measuring 15 x 15 x 1.0 mm so you can expect ultra-slim smartphones from Samsung.
The new 8GB LPDDR4 operates at almost twice the speed of up to 4266MBPS compared to 2133MBPS speed of a standard DDR4 DRAM for PCs.
