Lenovo Legion Gaming Phone To Have Snapdragon 865 Plus SoC

Lenovo has been teasing about its new gaming smartphone Legion since December 2019. As per the latest reports, The new gaming phone will have 90W charging and Snapdragon 865 Plus SoC.

The leaker further shares details about the phone in his latest Weibo post. As per the leaks, the phone will have a 90 Hz Plus refresh rate, Previous reports have pointed out that the phone might have a 144 Hz refresh rate. So this claim seems to be believable.

As per the earlier reports, the Lenovo Legion Gaming phone would have a 144hz display panel, LPDDRX5 RAM and UFS 3.0 Storage. This phone will have a larger display with Full HD Plus resolution and OLED or LCD display panel. This phone could have a side-mounted front camera and a triple camera setup at the back.

It will have two Type C Ports one at the bottom of the phone and the other one is on the side of the phone. The phone will feature multiple temperature sensors and this will improve the heating problems of the phone. The phone will have dual speakers, to improve your gaming experience. Instead of Snapdragon 865 SoC, Lenovo has opted for Snapdragon 865 Plus as it is more powerful and enhances heat dissipation.

Lenovo China’s phone business General Manager of Chen Jin sent an internal email. The internal email confirms that the phones have been codenamed as Moba and Moba Pro. Moba has been skipped as Moba Pro offers good performance and that the brand wants to focus on phone Pro model.

Leaker Digital Chat Station revealed that this phone might be launched in July this year.
